You can download and install more apps using ssh. They provide a wireguard VPN enabling private internet access which is faster than the traditional Open VPN and provides better anonymity i.e anonymous connection than other boxes. They also support Jdownloader which is helpful for downloading large files and an HTTP filebrowser to fetch those files to your own PC. I never had connectivity or hardware issues (about a year ago). They are constantly upgrading and adding software/apps. As I said before, I can do almost whatever I need without them with admin access from an ssh terminal. Great hosting environment for novice and advanced Linux users alike.
